Hall Rental Agreement

The renter will make arrangements for hall rentals with the American Legion representative and will pay the full rental fee upon signing of this agreement. In case of cancellation 60 days prior a full refund will be issued .Day 59 thru day 30, 50% will be refunded including Security deposit. Day 30 to date of Rental only Security Deposit will be Refunded .Hall rental fees will be Forfeited.
The renter is responsible for providing all food, beverages, and ice to be consumed at the event. The renter is responsible for conduct of their guests and will insure that minors will not be served or allowed to consume alcohol!

The American Legion will not be responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen personal property, or for any personal injury or other liabilities that are caused by the renter or their guests, in the building, on the grounds, or after leaving the premises.

The renter will be responsible for the clean up of all food, beverages, trash, and all other materials brought into the hall prior to, or during, their event. (Use the bags provided to dispose of all trash) All decorations. MUST be removed or security deposit will not be refunded.
